Financial statements preparation

Prepare and review financial statements for companies, individuals/sole traders, partnerships, joint ventures and trusts, providing consistent, reliable reporting.

Tax returns

Prepare and review tax returns for the Inland Revenue Department (IRD), including income tax, GST, FBT, PAYE, and RWT. Helping ensure you meet tax deadlines and requirements in a timely manner, while maximising tax efficiencies.

  • New Zealand Companies Office services - annual returns, statutory minutes and resolutions etc.
  • Payroll services - set up and administer staff payroll: payments, payslips, leave, other entitlements and tax requirements.
