People pursuing passions

Baker Tilly Staples Rodway’s underlying community philosophy is people pursuing passions.

Our people spend thousands of hours per year volunteering – sitting on boards, providing key accounting services at low or no cost to organisations that couldn’t operate without them, we consider to be part our firm culture, and part of our national culture.

We have over 400 directors and employees around the country who are active members of their local communities and we, as a business, give time and money to their causes. Each office is actively encouraged to give generously to their local community. Every year, around the country our teams take part in Pink Ribbon Day, Steptember, Movember and many other fundraising initiatives, raising thousands of dollars for worthwhile causes.

Nationwide, Baker Tilly Staples Rodway supports CanTeen and its 3000 young people living in the shadow of cancer. To do this we provide financial support as well as reduced rate services, pro bono work, training and participation in collection days.
