Trish joined the team in 2023. A Taranaki local by birth Trish has enjoyed a long, successful career with Methanex Corporation Ltd. Holding progressively senior roles during her time, ultimately seeing her leading the Global Human Resource team and function based out of Vancouver Canada. This role encompassing all aspects of people and culture programs across diverse geographies and cultures.
Having worked through a significant number of change projects, Trish has developed broad skills in the area of organisational design, change, implementation, and transition. Upon returning to Taranaki Trish was keen to join an organisation with a strong local focus and connection where her communication and leadership skills across broad demographics and culturally diverse stakeholders would be valued and valuable.
Trish is looking forward to working with a wide range of clients and stakeholders and developing enduring and rewarding relationships.
