Shakti Naidoo

People and Culture Advisor

Shakti is intrigued by people behaviours and is passionate about creating workplaces where people are treated fairly, and rules are demonstrated consistently. 

Shakti has a demonstrated track record of developing and implementing people processes that are strategically aligned with the values and vision of a business. She has a strong focus on people and development and extensive experience in policy and process writing as well as Industrial Relations.  

She's worked in multinational companies, with the bulk of exposure being in the UK, USA, Australia and the Czech Republic. 

She understands that working in a global setting means aligning our business culture with client culture and delivering results in a way that best works. She completed a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management (MCom) through the University of KwaZulu-Natal (South Africa) and her research focused on the Perception of Organisational Justice in the Workplace. Through this research, she found that consistency and transparency are paramount in creating a workplace where people are engaged and feel a belonging. This is where her passion lies.
