Kerry has a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management (UK), majoring in employment law and employee relations.

As an HR professional in both the UK and New Zealand, Kerry has worked at a senior level; business partnering for a variety of industries providing both strategic and operational support and advice covering the whole HR, OD and H&S spectrum.

Kerry is passionate about maximising the potential of organisations and people by coaching and supporting them through transformational change to assist in growth and improved performance of both parties.

In addition to organisational and people development, Kerry has extensive experience within employment relations and specifically collective bargaining, personal grievances and complex disciplinary investigations.

During the introduction of the new health and safety legislation in the UK, she developed and delivered appropriate strategies to ensure that the Board and Strategic and Operational Management Teams were compliant and understood their responsibilities pertaining to these significant changes.
