Kerry spends most of her time within the employment relations space. Whether this be undertaking workplace investigations, providing support and solutions for disciplinary and performance matters or navigating clients through personal grievances and mediations. In any facet of HR and Employment Relations, Kerry partners with clients to deliver a tailored service for their people and business requirements. Kerry™s strength lies in the ability to slice through communication knots to enable a positive outcome by the power of restorative practices and coaching techniques.
Kerry facilitates regular upskilling opportunities within the people management space and provides HR and H&S generalist support including organisational development to clients.
Kerry is a well-known Hawke™s Bay classical soprano performing both choral and solo works. She enjoys getting out on her bike or sweating it out at the gym. After a 20-year hiatus, she has picked up her paintbrushes and acrylics again and is enjoying creating masterpieces once more!
