Felicity Salter
Felicity began her career in a large public practice firm 15 years ago after a short term in the insolvency sector. She later transitioned into commercial roles, gaining extensive experience in manufacturing, wholesale and inventory-based businesses, before returning to public practice and joining Baker Tilly Staples Rodway in 2022.
She specialises in providing clients with seamless financial leadership during periods of transition, ensuring business continuity when finance personnel depart. She is also highly experienced in people management, with a strong focus on leadership development and team dynamics.
Outside of work, Felicity enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys.
