Richard is a Director within Taxation Advisory with over 15 years experience providing solutions to clients. He is qualified in both law and accounting.

Richard has experience advising large multi-national family owned and listed companies on a wide range of taxation matters. He also works closely with a number of SMEs with a particular focus on amalgamations, acquisitions and corporate restructures. Property owners and individuals with offshore investments are also a strong feature of Richard's client base. Richard also enjoys providing family owned businesses with advice and structure including advice on succession planning.

Richard has presented numerous seminars including presentations for the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, Property Investors Association, Employers & Manufacturers Association, as well as many client and staff seminars.
