Mike joined Baker Tilly Staples Rodway in January 2021, bringing over a decade of experience in the accounting industry. Since beginning his career in 2015, he has worked with several Christchurch-based accounting firms and has developed a strong foundation in business advisory services.

His core expertise includes budgeting, monthly reporting, and cashflow forecasting. Mike leverages these tools to deliver clear, actionable reports that help clients make informed decisions and achieve their business goals.

Outside of work Mike serves as Treasurer of his local Toastmasters club, where he continues to refine his public speaking or competing on a variety of sports fields, be it football, cricket or touch rugby.
