Dorian was thrilled to join Baker Tilly Staples Rodway in 2021. Highly approachable and passionate about the accounting industry, Dorian brings his own coaching strategies and acumen to the business, enhancing the development of other team members, while ensuring the office has a balance of education and enjoyment.

He was previously a director and chair of one of New Zealand's largest accounting network firms, working with a significant client base with a range of businesses, trusts and individuals. Dorian likes to provide pragmatic and practical solutions for his clients and having owned several businesses, truly understands the challenges faced with running a business.

Dorian enjoys working on community boards such as WanderSearch Canterbury and is a proud member of Rotary. Home time revolves around family and friends – oh and cricket!
