Mrinal is a CPA-qualified accountant at Baker Tilly Staples Rodway Hawke’s Bay, working closely with clients to provide clear, practical, and reliable accounting and assurance solutions. He supports a broad range of organisations across the region, including public benefit entities, not-for-profits and owner-managed businesses, helping them meet their obligations while making confident, well-informed decisions.

He began his career with a Big Four firm in Auckland, where he developed a strong technical grounding and experience in complex financial reporting and regulatory environments. Mrinal brings this depth of expertise to his role in Hawke’s Bay, applying it in a pragmatic and commercially focused way that reflects the realities of local businesses and organisations.
