Michelle has over seventeen years of auditing experience in Chartered Accounting Firms, in both South Africa and New Zealand. She's worked with the Baker Tilly Staples Rodway Audit team since emigrating from South Africa in 2006, and is responsible for managing audits and engagements across a wide variety of areas and industries.

Michelle has a strong focus on audit quality, exceeding client expectations and delivering within timeframe. She enjoys working with a wide range of clients in different types of industries, including not for profits. As well as audit and assurance services, Michelle has expertise in financial reporting and internal systems reviews.
