Brendan has a wide range of experience helping organisations design and implement effective integrated business processes and systems, whether this be large ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Accounting or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, or a smaller scale system for SME’s.

Before Baker Tilly Staples Rodway, Brendan spent eight years designing and implementing enterprise grade systems across various functions at a fund management operation across Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines. He is a strong advocate for the business context driving the discussion around system and process improvement projects, whilst always paying attention to the longer-term impacts of those decisions. This ensures that clients know what benefits they should see delivered in the short term whilst not forsaking their long-term strategic objectives across the business technology landscape.
