The position is an improvement on last year’s ranking of 26 and the prior year's ranking of 52. Prosple's Top 100 Graduate Employers ranking is grounded in two key factors:
Baker Tilly Staples Rodway is ranked fourth of the 11 accounting and advisory employers in the Top 100 – but here's the important bit: Our current 4.3-star ranking is one of the best graduate "reviews" scores among them.
Our national chair David Searle says it reflects well on our engaging, supportive and empowering culture.
“We’re very focused on training and mentoring our graduates. As a network that champions great relationships, we know our people thrive when they feel happy and supported. We achieve that in multiple ways, including provision of fulfilling career opportunities, flexibility, variety, friendly office cultures and by simply treating each other well.”
A 2023 in-house survey found that our team members feel the word “knowledgeable” best represents our accounting and business advisory network, showing the depth of understanding that recruits can tap into throughout their learning experience. That is followed by the keywords “accountable” and “diversity”.
It’s long been noted that we have a history of promoting from within, meaning graduates also have the opportunity to reach our top levels of management as their careers progress.
“Our leaders find it deeply satisfying to assist with the development of team members,” says David. “Everyone wins when we share knowledge.”
Applications for Baker Tilly Staples Rodway’s Graduate and Internship Programme are opening on Monday, 3 March. Click here to find out more.
