Women Influencing Women – Alice Sip's business journey

Join us on Thursday, 22 August at 5.15pm at Kindred Road Cafe as we hear from Alice Sip, a native of Hawke's Bay who studied and performed professionally as a classical musician before starting a new journey as an entrepreneur. She’s performed on stage with the likes of New Zealand Symphony Orchestra and when overseas, she worked at an events company while studying, which fuelled her love for weddings and the events industry.

Alice has launched three businesses since returning to New Zealand: Flock Events, Kindred Road homewares store and cafe, and Canvas Coworking Space.

She is a wife and a mother to two-year-old twins and a four-year-old, and is also the Director of Festival Opera and President of Hawke’s Bay Orchestra. Alice loves to encourage women in smart, ethical business and loves to explore strategic and business growth within personal skill sets and abilities.
