Lys joined Baker Tilly Staples Rodway in 2018 while studying towards her Bachelor of Business at the University of Waikato, Tauranga. After graduating in 2022, she went on to become a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) in 2025, earning a Merit Award in her final CA paper (placing in the top 5%).

Lys works closely with a diverse range of clients, providing accounting, taxation and business advisory services. She is passionate about building long-lasting relationships and delivering practical, client-focused solutions, relating well to people at all levels.

Our office “efficiency ninja”, Lys is always looking for better ways to do things within our business and for our clients. Clients enjoy the way she can help them work better with their information systems.
