Heidi joined the firm in 2000 after more than six years with Howard Wright, one of Taranaki's most dynamic and innovative companies. She became Manager in the Business Advisory services team in 2004 and was appointed Associate in January 2009. With her extensive experience in commercial and chartered accountancy Heidi is well equipped with a strong set of skills and knowledge to bring to the table for her clients.

Heidi enjoys the work environment at Baker Tilly Staples Rodway saying that the staff work hard and have great opportunities to grow "there's a lot of support from the partners so it is an ideal environment to develop your career and grow as a person."
