Fiona Welten

Business Advisory Services, Director, Tauranga

Fiona has over 30 years’ experience in the accounting industry, where she enthusiastically assists clients in all facets of business from systems through to business strategy. Fiona was appointed a director of the firm July 2020.

She has a focus on building client’s knowledge and understanding of their business and with this she can help clients manage, grow, or consolidate their business. Fiona has a strong management focus and has undertaken secondments to clients as interim CFO. She also has governance experience, holding positions on client’s advisory board along with previous voluntary positions.

Fiona is passionate about developing others across the organisation and those in business. She has acted as a mentor for many accounting graduates and is a sounding board for clients. She enjoys collaborating with others to get the best results. The ability to think strategically has driven many opportunities for staff and clients.
