Amy joined the team in 2014 as our internal Human Resources supernova. She actually refers to the Baker Tilly Staples Rodway team as her clients and works with the same 'client comes first' customer service ethos as the rest of the team. She keeps the team in check by managing performance review processes, recruitment, workforce planning, training programmes, implementing strategy, and developing our workforce culture.
Amy graduated from Massey University in Palmerston North with a Bachelor of Business Studies majoring in Marketing and Communications Management. Soon after graduation she worked in advertising and recruitment before being snapped up by Whitcoulls to assist their transition through a change of ownership, and then by Auckland Council to provide support following the amalgamation of the Supercity. She has a flair for compliance, change management and recruitment and finds helping others and making a difference incredibly rewarding.
