Alice started at Baker Tilly Staples Rodway as a graduate in 2012 and has since qualified as a Chartered Accountant, later becoming an Assistant Manager. Alice spent a short time in the Manawatu before returning to the firm in April 2019 as one of the four Managers in the Business Advisory Services team.

During her time away, Alice worked in a commercial banking role where she co-managed client relationships, gained experience in structuring commercial debt transactions and credit applications, and developed a greater understanding into the operational nature and day-to-day running of a variety of businesses and industries.

While at Baker Tilly Staples Rodway, Alice has also had experience with audit and secondment work but her main focus is commercial businesses, in particular monthly management reporting and assisting with the preparation of budgets.
