Shirley has been with the firm since 1990 and was appointed a Director in January 2003. Her main focus is on Business Advisory, however she also has a keen interest in tax and enjoys exploring tax-planning opportunities to achieve positive outcomes.

One of her responsibilities within the firm is the internal Human Resource division. Her fair and approachable attitude and easy going disposition make her ideally suited to manage HR issues including recruitment and staff performance issues.

Shirley has served on the Board of various community organizations including Tauranga Girls College, Compass Community Trust and the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.
