Kylie Cronin is a Manager at Baker Tilly Staples Rodway. She joined the firm in 2006, with a short break in 2009 to travel, returning back at Baker Tilly Staples Rodway in 2012. Upon her return Kylie qualified as a chartered accountant and found her passion for growing new businesses, rural accounting and management reporting.

Kylie won the inaugural Craig Norgate CAANZ Scholarship in 2017 thanks to her passion for team leadership, work ethic and her time spent giving back to community groups. Her experience with not-for-profit organisations allows her to tailor advice and reporting to different users depending on their needs and skill level, making reports user-friendly no matter how complex the information may be. Kylie also has a small family business so she understands the day-to-day challenges faced by small business owners.

Kylie assists to oversee the Business Advisory Services team at Baker Tilly Staples Rodway who are responsible for tax compliance, budgeting, management reporting, bookkeeping and software system implementations. The team’s ability to cover a wide range of areas allows Baker Tilly Staples Rodway to offer virtual CFO advisory and reporting to clients of all industries.

Kylie also oversees the Baker Tilly Staples Rodway Bookkeeping division, “SR Books”. SR Books is aimed towards businesses not wanting the complication of employing someone full time, or when they need short-term cover for their administrative and/or bookkeeping roles.
