Harpreet began her career in Punjab defending clients against the Indian revenue authority. After completing her CA membership, she moved to New Zealand in 2018.

Since joining Baker Tilly Staples Rodway Wellington, she has developed expertise in the taxation of land, business structuring, share option schemes, ruling applications, GST, deferred tax and assisting clients in negotiations with Inland Revenue. Harpreet deals with complex tax issues, and she always finds a practical workable solution that her clients understand.

Harpreet has assisted several clients to set up their accounting systems and document their processes. She has experience with budgeting, cashflow reporting and forecasting.

Outside of work, Harpreet enjoys the outdoors, playing social sports (even if it usually ends in defeat!) and the gym.
