Deanne joined the Business Advisory team as an Accountant in August 2000 and quickly progressed to BAS manager in 2002 before moving into the role of Office General Manager in 2005. Prior to joining Baker Tilly Staples Rodway Deanne worked in a range of administrative roles in commercial environments but found her real passion when she moved to Chartered Accountancy.

The work environment and team have played a significant part in this as well. Deanne speaks enthusiastically about the directors, staff and clients and the fantastic opportunities saying "I've been able to grow and develop a career and have achieved more than I ever thought I would".
