Bill is a chartered accountant with over 28 years of practical experience. Bill commenced his career in the audit division of a big 4’ chartered accounting firm before joining its corporate finance practice.
Bill has specialised in corporate finance for over twenty years in both public practice roles, as well as roles within large corporates including ICI Plc., Cable & Wireless Plc and Telecom New Zealand Limited.
Bill undertakes business and share valuations, transaction advisory services and has provided evidence in matters proceeding before the Federal Court of Australia, the High Court of New Zealand, the District Court and the Family Court as well as in other dispute resolution forums such as arbitration and mediation.
Bill is accredited by CAANZ as both a Business Valuation Specialist as well as a Forensic Accounting Specialist, and has been a regular presenter on valuation and economic loss topics at conferences offered by CAANZ and other major conference organisers.
