Our People
We are committed to fostering diversity, inclusion and a sense of belonging among our people. We want to ensure that Baker Tilly Staples Rodway is a safe and welcoming environment where our people create meaningful relationships and lifelong friendships.
Being part of our team means we will value you and your professional memberships, and together we all value our network, clients and the wider public. We also invest significant time in training and provide flexible working hours to accommodate staff needs and family responsibilities.
Our Community
We contribute positively to those in need through investment in community projects and initiatives. In addition to financial support and raising funds, our people donate goods and services, and volunteer time and labour to not-for-profit and community-run organisations. All our staff are given the opportunity to participate in a paid volunteer day each year.

Our global network, Baker Tilly International, also participates in many purpose projects.
Our Environment
We are committed to doing all we can to improve environmental sustainability. Starting with the Auckland office in 2015 and expanding to most of our offices, we now have Environmental Certification Membership with Toitū Envirocare, meaning we undertake an annual audit to monitor and reduce our emissions.
We also support our clients with the transformation of their businesses and supply chains to reduce carbon impact.
