Executive Assistant - Hawkes Bay
The Role
We're looking for an exceptional EA to provide administration support primarily to the Managing Director and Business Advisory Directors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of documents for clients and client meetings
- Respond and follow up enquiries by email or phone
- Daily monitoring of Director's diary
- Assist with internal human resource responsibilities
- Collate and process new client documentation
- Fee drafting
- Co-ordination of meetings, training and travel arrangements
- General administration support to the wider Business Advisory team

About You
You will be extremely organised with well developed planning an organisation skills. You'll adapt to changing priorities with ease and be known for your excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. As an experienced EA professional, confidentiality is second nature to you, and you will be an advanced user of Microsoft Office suite.
