Michelle joined the firm in 2019 and has over 25 years’ experience working in both the commercial environment and public practice as a Chartered Accountant.
Her commercial roles have included Chief Financial Officer and Financial Controller and she has considerable experience with successfully establishing and growing privately owned businesses, both in New Zealand and Australia.
Michelle has a specific interest in tax and has completed her Master of Taxation Studies with the University of Auckland, gaining first class honours. She has also taught accounting at a tertiary level.
Outside of work Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and two teenage children. She also loves fitness related activities and dedicates a lot of her spare time to running, Pilates, CrossFit and cycling.
