Lindie is a Business Consultant who joined the firm early 2019. Prior to joining Baker Tilly Staples Rodway, she spent 18 years working in South Africa in a wide range of industries such as Oil & Gas, Wholesale Distribution, Agriculture and Financial Services and bespoke Business Advisory Services. She has a wealth of commercial financial management experience and has managed teams in both Financial Controller and Finance Director roles from small to large listed entities.

Lindies’ passion is to work alongside business owners to optimise operational efficiencies, reducing business risk and maximising profit. She is a firm believer that “nothing goes wrong in life, it starts wrong”, so she focusses on solid business planning, budget and goal setting with a suitable administrative system to back operations up, to assist businesses in achieving success.
