Andrew joined Baker Tilly Staples Rodway Waikato as a Migrant Investment and Business Consultant in 2020. He is a Chartered Accountant that assists foreign high net worth individuals and businesses invest in New Zealand. He has travelled extensively throughout Asia over the past 15 years as part of this service offering. He has investors from Asia, United States and Europe looking for New Zealand based investments.

Andrew was previously the Managing Partner, International Liaison Partner and Tax Partner of a large Australasian accounting firm. He was also the founder and lead of a multi-jurisdictional Asia Business Team.

Andrew has been an Advisory Board Member of the New Zealand China Council, and ex-President of the Hong Kong New Zealand Business Association. These roles have enabled Andrew to establish strong relationships with both the trade and government sectors in these jurisdictions.

As a Tax Partner, Andrew has co-authored many international publications including the CCH International Tax Planning Manual, CCH International Master Tax Guide, New Zealand Export and Trade Handbook and the Asia Pacific Tax Journal.

In his spare time, Andrew enjoys spending time with family and friends, getting to the odd F1 race and a weekly curry.
